1. Community Support

A local professional baseball team is more than simply a sport team playing in our hometown, it’s also all about community support. The Ottawa Champions gives back to the Ottawa Baseball community by supporting local baseball associations in Ottawa and the Outaouais, and also Ottawa’s first fully functional Miracle League program at the Notre-Dame des Champs park in Orléans. This league offers recreational, co-ed, and inclusive wheelchair softball leagues. Players and coaches also take part in community days such as the Lixar IT Inc Community Day supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa and the Kids Help Phone!
