During this relaxing event, you will discover intuitive dance as a way of healing and balancing your energy. Intuitive dancing does not require any previous dance experience; just a willingness to move to the rhythm of the music and let go of all your stress. You will be gently guided through a total stress release experience where your mind takes a break and your intuition and body take over!
Afterwards, you will experience a Yin/Yang Yoga session. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing. Yang yoga is the more traditional Hatha or Ashtanga based practice that develops muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. Combined, these two practices will help create balance in your body, mind and life.
