The Orange Fruit Salad Smoothie is a favourite at our household! You can use fresh or frozen fruits and add the fruits that you like the most.

Very refreshing during a hot summer day.

Orange Fruit Salad Smoothie #Recipe


  • 12 oz of orange juice
  • 4 slices of peach
  • 2 strawberries
  • 4 pieces of pineapple
  • 2 round balls of honeydew melon
  • 1/2 cup of rainbow sorbet


  1. In a blender, add the juice first followed by the fruits and the sorbet.
  2. Process in blender until smooth.
  3. Makes 2 glasses or 1 Mason Jar with a handle
