 Raspberry Salad

On a warm summer day, there is nothing better than a refreshing snack. I love to make a spinach salad topped with fresh strawberries and nuts. While grocery shopping one day, I ran across an amazing deal on raspberries and I knew exactly what I wanted to try with them. Usually, I go pick my own raspberries, but I couldn’t pass up this deal. I headed and picked out some fresh spinach to make my Mouthwatering Raspberry Salad with Vinaigrette Recipe.

What I love most about this recipe is that it is super simple to make. The Vinaigrette can be prepared ahead of time and saved. It can also be prepared in bigger batches for an easy to serve brunch idea. Not only is this a great dish for lunch or even dinner, it would be perfect for brunch dates or even baby showers. This recipe is so versatile, you could add in your favorite nuts, dried fruits, special cheeses and more to create a unique salad every time.
