I made a vow to myself to start getting in shape to make me into a better me this year. One of the methods I am using to achieve this goal is by becoming more active by doing yoga.  I realized that having clothing that fit well make all the difference in how well I complete a workout. Gaiam has just introduced their Pro Apparel line for women that is specially designed to be functional and fashionable for yoga workouts. I was asked to test out two pieces from this line to see how well their clothing looked and felt while practicing yoga.

The Fallon Tank was made for a good yoga workout. This top features an open back detail and a soft mesh panel to allow for air to flow through it. It uses a quick drying fabric, 4-way stretch, and anti-chafe seams. All of these aspects come together to create a flowy and comfortable top for many types of workouts.

The Luxe Capri also has a lot of fabulous features for users to enjoy. It has a power mesh paneled waistband and anti-chafe seams to stay in place while you workout. A discreet and handy waistband pocket allows for users to hold small items in. With a comfort gusset, a 4-way stretch capability, quick dry, breathable and moisture transferable fabric, this capri is made to move easily any way you do!

When I first saw the Fallon Tank, I thought it was going to be too big on me. After I slipped it on, it was a perfect fit! There was enough room to move around comfortably. I really loved the open back detail and the mesh panel. I felt cool while working out and the mesh did not feel scratchy or sound crunchy as it moved.

It was great to sport the Luxe Capri pants! They slid on smoothly and stayed put no matter how I moved while wearing them. These pants were also felt very light while I was wearing them. The waistband sat nice and snug around my waist, and I did not feel it as I bent and stretched my body while doing a yoga routine.

The Fallon Tank and the Luxe Capri from Gaiam’s Pro Apparel line are fantastic! They looked stylish, felt fabulous, and kept me cool and comfortable while working out in them. I really love wearing them when I workout and are great pieces to add to my fitness wardrobe. They are two pieces that are easy, breezy and fun!
