Boiron is awesome. My best advice is something I learned while living in Sweden; fresh air and constant outdoors activities improve the immune system and the constitution. Even babies nap outdoors during the winters. I truly believe in this; it was used on me as a child and I use it on my boys.

I’ve not heard of Boiron before, so this was a very interesting post for me. I do agree with AD too, that fresh air no matter the weather is always good for you, you just need to dress right for the weather. I also think it’s important to get sun too, especially since we live so far north. We just have to be careful we don’t get too much. 🙂
