Cinnamon French Toast Recipe

Cinnamon French Toast is ideal for breakfast on a school day as it’s so easy and fast to make before your kids head out for a busy day. They can also be prepared by your children, with supervision of course, for a special breakfast to mom and dad on their birthday, for Mother’s Day or for Father’s day. Who does not like a sweet breakfast in bed made with love! The best gift of all!

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup of milk

1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

5 slices of bread (I Love Villaggio’s bread since the slices are thick)

4 teaspoons of butter

Maple Syrup

Directions

Pour egg mixture into a shallow container such as a pie plate or spaghetti plate.

Cut each bread slice diagonally and dip each side of the bread in egg mixture.

Put breads in skillet and cook until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
