Bulgur Burger

Serving Size: Makes 3 adult burgers (1 cup each) and 6 kids burg

Bulgur Burger


  • 600g (about 1 ½ pounds) extra lean ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked bulgur (cook according to package directions)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped onions, optional
  • 1 egg


  1. Cook bulgur according to package directions. Allow to cool.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties
