- 600g (about 1 ½ pounds) extra lean ground beef
- 2 cups cooked bulgur (cook according to package directions)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup chopped onions, optional
- 1 egg
- Cook bulgur according to package directions. Allow to cool.
- Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties
