If left unchecked, it could have a negative effect on your physical and mental well-being. Take steps to reduce the stress in your life. Looking back to the first tip, physical activity can also play a role in letting some tension out. Keeping a journal to jot down your thoughts can help take a load off of your mind and sort out some of the issues with which you might be struggling . Meditation can also help relax your body and calm your thoughts.

Who said menopause marks the end of the intimacy a couple can have? Discomfort from menopause is not a reason to extinguish the spark the two of your share. Sometimes, sex can be difficult to have during menopause because of vaginal dryness. This symptom occurs regularly for women reaching menopause. The effects are both physical and emotional. It can cause lowered self-esteem, and feelings of frustration that can start to affect your life negatively.
